3moji is an app where files can be marked with the help of emojis. The purpose of such marking is to better organize files and make them usable in a more efficient. By tagging or pinning emojis to files, they can be found, shared and shown very quickly. Furthermore, the individually set emojis show the respective user his or her personal interests, as these can be selected from the various areas of smileys and emotions, people, animals and nature, food and drink, travel and places, activities and events, objects, symbols or flags.

2. Use of 3moji
No separate registration via e.g. an e-mail address or a telephone number is required to use 3moji. Persons over the age of 18 are entitled to use 3moji. Minors are only entitled to use 3moji if they have reached the age of 14 or older and their legal representatives have given their consent to use 3moji. is entitled to make the use of our products and services dependent on appropriate proof of the consent of your legal representative, a determination of your identity or your majority.

3. Conclusion of a contract for a paid subscription
After downloading 3moji, you may have access to service packages in the form of paid subscriptions. Such subscriptions may be concluded for different services with changing terms, the exact contents of the respective subscription will be displayed in the order options.
The subscription options of are fee-based and ad-free. They can allow you to use more advanced content and features that are not included in the free version of 3moji.
Permission to access a subscription is only for as long as the subscription is offered and for as long as you have paid for it.
Paid subscriptions to 3moji can be purchased through an in-app purchase from third-party app stores. These third-party stores will send you a confirmation of receipt after your order. will then send you the declaration of acceptance (order confirmation ) in a separate e-mail. In addition to the order and the order confirmation, the contract text contains these T&C and will be sent to you on a durable medium (e-mail ) (contract confirmation). 4. Cancellation policy

5. Compensation, payment, set-off and right of retention
Subscriptions for 3moji can only be made via in-app purchase processes from Google or Apple. Payment for a subscription is made via the platforms of the respective third-party provider.
If your subscription has not been canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period as the initial subscription.
6. Term and cancellation
As a consumer with permanent residence in Germany, the following applies to the term of the paid subscription: The paid subscription runs at least for the originally selected term and is automatically extended indefinitely, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the expiration of the selected term.
We will give you one month's notice to cancel your renewal subscription if you have not canceled your original subscription or have not canceled it in time.
Cancellation can be done as follows:
A paid subscription taken out via our Android or iOS app can be canceled in the Google Play or iTunes settings.
If you are not a consumer or your permanent residence is outside Germany, the following applies to your paid subscription: Your subscription will run for at least the original term selected and will automatically renew until it is canceled at least 24 hours before the original term expires.

The above provisions do not affect your right to suspend and cancel for cause.
